Monday 8:15 Double Shot
Kick it up a notch with this fast-paced flow. We double up the standing series to give you a chance to tackle every pose twice, adding in modifications or variations as is appropriate for your own personal practice. This class is cardiovascularly intense so we harness the power of the breath to slow you down but fire your practice up. Expect to move with your breath, crank out some core work, and settle in to a hard-earned savasana at the end. Class is heated.
Friday 6pm Single Shot
This class features our signature Y2 style flow that incorporates 14 standard postures in the standing series. Class starts with a warm up before moving into the standing series, core work, backbends, inversions and floor work. The standing series is repeated one time through and the intention of the class is to strengthen the body and focus the mind. No two classes ever feel the same, and we keep you on your toes thanks to each teacher’s unique style of pose transitions, modifications and additions. Class is heated
Move your way through an uplifting practice in a 100-105 degree setting. Classes usually begin with an opening meditation and continue on with a series of standing, balancing, twists, arm balances, inversions, forward bends, back bends, seated stretching and closing meditative relaxation. This class is geared for the yogi that is looking to gather strength, mobility, flexibility, detoxification and an overall sense of rejuvenation. Beginner friendly, but some prior yoga experience is highly recommended.
Heated Slow Flow & Stretch
Slow Down and Unwind. This class is All-Levels. If you are looking to begin your Hot Yoga journey or and advanced practitioner looking to fine tune your practice, this class is for you. We work through all aspects of a traditional vinyasa with a much more time focused on each and every individual posture. You will have time to learn and feel your way through every single one. More time is given to stretching and meditation. This is also the perfect class to get yourself acclimated to a heated practice.
All aspects of traditional Vinyasa are implemented with a cardio based component and music to match the frequency. In this class you will vigorously move from one posture to the next. Be prepared to connect with your core, find your balance and detox your internal organs. You are guaranteed to smile and sweat!. Prior Yoga Experience Highly recommended.
